Tuesday, June 1

1:00–3:30 pm Faculty check-in, Belk Hall. Faculty will need to have Converse ID’s set up for residence hall access in Campus Safety. If you do not have a Converse ID we can have one made for you at your arrival.
4:00-5:00 pm Faculty Meeting, A.B. Taylor Room, 3rd Floor of Mickel Library
7:30 pm Faculty/Staff BBQ Dinner:  Home of Rick and Susan

Wednesday, June 2

9:00-10:00 am Breakfast in Belk Hall lobby
Lunch Dining hall.
12:00-2:30 pm

Student check-in and registration, Montgomery Student Center 204 (Student Life). Students residing in Belk will need to have their Converse ID’s set up for residence hall access in Campus Safety

2:45–3:30 pm

New student meeting and campus tour, Belk Hall Lobby.

Students without Converse ID’s should go to the Campus Safety Office before 4:00 today. Parking permits will also be available in Campus Safety during this time.
